Absolute Beginner Line Dance Series with Kat (5 Weeks)
Ready to finally learn line dancing in a supportive, fun, and structured way? This 5-week Absolute Beginner series with Kat is designed especially for dancers with little to no experience — and is structured so you’ll be ready to move into our regular Beginner classes and beyond when the series finishes.
If you need to some dancers find the series so fun and comforting that they come back for a second, third, or even fourth round to keep building confidence before progressing further.
Who this series is for:
Absolute beginners — no prior line dancing experience needed, just a willingness to learn and have fun! $50 for the 5 weeks
6.30pm - High beginner to Improver (Bex, Sahmara, Emily) $6
This class is the perfect bridge between Beginner and Improver level. Designed for dancers who are comfortable with basic steps and ready to challenge themselves a little more, High Beginner introduces slightly faster rhythms, new step combinations, and more detailed routines. You’ll continue to build confidence, improve technique, and expand your dance vocabulary — all while enjoying great music and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Expect plenty of practice time, clear instruction, and lots of fun on the dance floor!

10AM ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS 30 MINUTE CLASS $6
Never danced before? This class is for you! Our Absolute Beginner class is designed for those with no prior line dance experience at all. You’ll learn the very basics step-by-step, at a relaxed pace, in a welcoming and supportive environment. We focus on simple routines, clear instruction, and having fun while building confidence. No partner needed — just bring comfortable shoes and a smile!
10.30AM BEGINNERS $6
Ready to take the next step? The Beginner class is perfect for dancers who know the basics and want to keep building their skills. You’ll learn new routines, improve timing and coordination, and become more confident with common line dance steps. Classes are friendly, fun, and social — a great way to stay active while enjoying great music and good company.
4PM BEGINNERS, HIGH BEGINNER $6 (Bex)
5PM IMPROVERS/INTERMEDIATE 1 DANCE 1 HOUR (Bex) $6
A 1-hour class for dancers who love a challenge of more technical and intricate line dance— the kind that stretch your skills, deepen your Bootscootin, and reward focus. We start with time to practise dances you’ve been working on, reinforcing technique and flow, then we teach one new improver/intermediate dance that pushes your abilities and keeps your repertoire growing.
6PM BEGINNERS (Sahmara) $6
Ideal for those who have mastered the basics and want to keep learning! You’ll build on fundamental moves, learn new routines, and improve timing and coordination. These sessions focus on step patterns, simple choreographies, and the joy of dancing together — perfect for building confidence and having fun.
At the end of Sahmaras class she will take it up a notch giving you the opportunity to advance your line dance skills

4PM BEGINNERS (Anna) $6

6PM IMPROVER (Emily) $6
For dancers ready to step up their skills! These classes blend higher-level beginner steps with more challenging routines that keep your feet moving and your skills developing. You’ll learn fresh choreographies each week and enjoy a variety of music — country classics, pop and more — all at a pace that keeps you engaged.
THURSDAYS 5.30PM ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS DROP IN
New to line dancing or need a refresher? You're in the right place. Lisa and Jeanette's absolute beginner class is full of basic steps, short routines and lots of laughs. We help first timers build confidence while learning rhythm and formation, all in a relaxed supportive space and remember.... There are no MISTAKES just ACCIDENTAL SOLOS! We mix up our music too so don't panic if country isn't your thing, pop, rock hip hop and Latin we have it all.
$10 per session pay on the night, or prepay.
